A tightrope walk between creation and consulting - horizon-expanding.

Why narrative? Quite simply: When people are interviewed, they answer our questions; when they tell a story, they tell us what is important to them.

Working with stories means leaving the comfortable theoretical position and constantly venturing into the realm of experience and design. It means going to where life and work become concrete. But working with stories also means reflecting on what the stories we tell reveal about us.

Narrative work is inherently boundary-crossing, as it combines and integrates creative and consultative approaches. The charges that arise from it can create clarity, condense content and get to the point, but also unlock new meanings.
